Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated UI tests using Selenium and supported programming languages.
- Create and execute automated API tests using tools such as Postman, Rest Assured, or SoapUI.
- Use test frameworks including TestNG, JUnit, PyTest, NUnit, or similar frameworks.
- Apply the Page Object Model and use browser debugging tools, XPath, CSS selectors, and DOM structures.
- Perform database testing using DBMS and SQL queries.
- Use version control systems such as Git.
- Work with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions when needed.
- Test Salesforce applications or use Salesforce automation frameworks when applicable.
- Collaborate independently and within a team while taking ownership of deliverables.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in automation engineering.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language used with Selenium: Java, Python, C, or JavaScript.
- Experience with test frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, PyTest, NUnit, or similar.
- Strong experience with API testing and automation tools such as Postman, Rest Assured, or SoapUI.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Knowledge of the Page Object Model, browser debugging tools, XPath, CSS selectors, and DOM structure.
- Experience with DBMS and SQL or another query language.
- Telecom domain knowledge and experience.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions is preferred.
- Experience testing Salesforce applications or working with Salesforce automation frameworks is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, independence, teamwork, proactivity, and ownership skills.
