Responsibilities
- Design and develop frameworks, guardrails, platforms, and solutions for standardized machine learning use across the company.
- Lead batch and real-time ML platform development, including low-latency applications and MLOps initiatives.
- Oversee the machine learning lifecycle from data collection and preprocessing through model deployment and monitoring.
- Provide technical leadership, define deliverables, review and approve key technical solutions, and support project execution.
- Explore and implement emerging AI technologies and methodologies.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate ML models into production systems.
- Mentor and develop ML team members and communicate technical concepts to stakeholders at different levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the machine learning field developing ML solutions and products.
- Significant experience developing cloud-based ML platforms, preferably using AWS SageMaker.
- Expertise in complex data, AI, and ML projects, event-driven and real-time data analytics environments, ML algorithms, MLOps, and online feature stores for low-latency applications.
- Strong technical leadership, communication, project execution, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Master’s or Ph.D. in AI is preferred.
