Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI agent workflows and intelligent automation pipelines using LangChain, LangGraph, and MCP frameworks.
  • Build and operationalize RAG pipelines covering document ingestion, chunking, vector stores, retrieval optimization, and continuous LLM evaluation.
  • Develop prompt engineering frameworks with versioning, evaluation harnesses, structured output contracts, and measurable improvement loops.
  • Develop AI/ML solutions, predictive models, analytics systems, and AI applications for CX systems, customer-facing products, and business processes.
  • Create Python-based integrations and REST API connectors across Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zendesk, MuleSoft, Workato, Slack, and Teams.
  • Build Salesforce automation workflows and AI copilots and assistants using Salesforce, Agentforce, and Einstein capabilities.
  • Integrate AI workloads with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, model versioning, deployment orchestration, and rollback capabilities.
  • Implement observability, monitoring, alerting, impact dashboards, and scorecards tracking business outcomes such as hours saved, error reduction, cycle time, and adoption.
  • Apply responsible AI, security, privacy, governance, fairness, transparency, and accountability practices.
  • Collaborate with product managers, AI architects, data scientists, enterprise architecture, legal, compliance, DevSecOps, and business stakeholders.
  • Communicate AI system designs, capabilities, and results to technical and non-technical audiences and contribute to engineering communities of practice.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 2–3 years of focused hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, LLM application development, or intelligent automation.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex, high-impact AI systems in production and supporting mission-critical customer-facing systems.
  • Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems with MCPs, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or comparable orchestration frameworks, including tool calling, memory management, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
  • Strong experience with prompt engineering at scale and RAG pipeline development, including embeddings, vector databases, hybrid search, and retrieval evaluation.
  • Proficiency in Python and REST API development, with experience writing maintainable production integration and automation code.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Flows, Apex, Process Builder, Einstein, or Agentforce.
  • Familiarity with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CI/CD, DevOps practices, LLM evaluation frameworks, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Experience with Gemini Enterprise, Claude Code, or equivalent AI productivity platforms.
  • Strong understanding of software design, implementation, testing, algorithms, data structures, business processes, and production support procedures.
  • Ability to operate autonomously, manage multiple workstreams, communicate complex AI concepts, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Preferred qualifications include Salesforce, Agentforce, Oracle, ServiceNow, Zendesk AI, HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, AWS serverless and integration services, low-code/no-code platforms, and AWS, GCP, Azure, or Salesforce certifications.
  • Knowledge of LLM security practices such as prompt-injection defense, data privacy controls, output guardrails, and PII handling is preferred.
