Responsibilities
- Design and build intelligent automation, agentic workflows, and AI-enabled solutions across enterprise platforms.
- Develop scalable integrations, APIs, middleware, webhooks, and event-driven workflows connecting SaaS applications.
- Build conversational IT and self-service experiences that reduce reliance on ticket-based workflows.
- Design resilient enterprise platform architectures with strong maintainability, extensibility, security, and operational maturity.
- Evaluate and implement large language models, MCP integrations, agent frameworks, and emerging AI technologies.
- Create reusable automation frameworks, integration services, and internal developer tooling.
- Partner with Security, Compliance, Infrastructure, Product, and IT teams on governance and delivery.
- Document architecture, implementation decisions, and operational processes.
- Contribute to enterprise platform strategy and technical roadmaps while mentoring engineers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience designing enterprise-scale integrations and automation across modern SaaS environments.
- Strong software engineering experience building APIs, integrations, automation, or platform services.
- Proficiency in one or more of Python, Go, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, SCIM, GraphQL, and modern authentication standards.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms such as Okta, Workday, Slack, Atlassian, GitHub, or Google Workspace.
- Ability to design scalable architectures that balance business requirements, security, and operational simplicity.
- Experience collaborating across engineering, security, infrastructure, and business teams.
- Bonus experience with AI agents, MCP integrations, LLM-powered workflows, enterprise AI platforms, Terraform, infrastructure as code, cloud automation, event-driven architectures, message queues, serverless technologies, internal developer platforms, or enterprise integration frameworks.
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure and experience supporting complex enterprise technology environments are preferred.
