Base Salary
$180k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build software systems for observability, incident management, problem management, and resiliency.
- Lead large, ambiguous initiatives from inception through planning, design, and delivery.
- Identify company-wide opportunities to improve availability and implement automation and tooling.
- Provide technical mentorship on system observability and high-availability design.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Development Engineer.
- 2+ years of experience with Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure such as AWS, and infrastructure as code.
- Experience leading collaborative projects from conception to delivery.
- Experience implementing observability tooling at scale, including Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, New Relic, or Datadog.
- Deep understanding of SRE concepts, patterns, and tooling.
