Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, queueables, and Lightning Web Components across multi-cloud Salesforce implementations.
- Build and configure Agentforce Sales, Service, and Custom Agents with domain-relevant topics, actions, and instructions.
- Integrate external AI models and enterprise data sources with Salesforce through MCP servers and Platform APIs.
- Develop Einstein Prompt Templates, Prompt Builder flows, and Einstein Copilot Actions for contextual Salesforce assistance.
- Build integrations with EHR, SaaS, ERP, and data warehouse systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with Copado or Gearset and automated Apex and LWC test suites targeting at least 85% code coverage.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Architects to translate functional requirements into documented technical designs.
- Ensure code quality, Salesforce platform security, CRUD/FLS controls, HIPAA compliance, and SOC 2 compliance.
- Prototype, validate, monitor, and improve Agentforce workflows using sandbox testing and performance analytics.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Advanced proficiency with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, and automation.
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce Agent Builder, Einstein Prompt Builder, Model Context Protocol, and Salesforce Data Cloud integrations.
- Experience with Git, SFDX/Salesforce CLI, Copado or Gearset, Jest, Apex Test Framework, Cursor IDE, Claude API, or OpenAI API.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture.
- Deep expertise in at least two Salesforce clouds, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Health Cloud, Data Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
- Functional knowledge in at least one relevant domain, including Healthcare and Life Sciences, Hi-Tech/SaaS, sales, customer service, revenue and quoting, or healthcare workflows.
- Understanding of Salesforce security and compliance practices, including CRUD/FLS, HIPAA, PHI handling, SOC 2, and consent management where applicable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to bridge functional and technical discussions.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Certified AI Specialist or AI Associate credentials, FHIR R4 and Health Cloud experience, Salesforce Data Cloud expertise, MuleSoft or Boomi integration experience, Python or Node.js, LangChain or CrewAI, and open-source or Salesforce community contributions.
