Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and implement custom software components across systems and applications.
- Develop scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within integrated systems.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate with multiple teams, and contribute to key technical and team decisions.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Manage team activities, make team decisions, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software solutions.
- Familiarity with configuration management and database integration concepts.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues within integrated systems.
