Base Salary
$200k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead zero-to-one builds and ship production-quality prototypes in days rather than quarters.
- Develop reusable components and architectural patterns for other leads and receiving teams.
- Shift across innovation mandates to address the highest-priority needs each week.
- Deploy each V1 to production, including load-bearing and revenue-generating AI architecture, and hand it off for continued platform development.
- Expand clients, verticals, features, revenue, capabilities, and time-to-value through the applied innovation factory.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience or a founding or early-engineer background with a proven record of shipping end-to-end software solo or with small teams.
- Demonstrated ability to take projects from a blank page to live users and connect discovery and iteration to customer metrics such as activation and retention.
- Broad full-stack and AI-native capabilities, including production prototyping with agentic coding tools, AI coding agents, and evaluation or observability frameworks.
- High technical standards, persistence in ambiguous environments, and a collaborative, low-ego working style.
- Prior ad-tech experience is not required; experience outside ad tech is welcomed for the fresh perspective it can provide.
