$200k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead zero-to-one builds, shipping production-quality prototypes in days rather than quarters.
- Develop reusable components and architectural patterns for other teams.
- Maintain flexibility across various innovation mandates, addressing high-priority tasks.
- Ship each V1 to production, including load-bearing AI architecture, and hand it off for further development.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience or a founding/early-engineer background with a track record of shipping end-to-end software.
- Demonstrated ability to take projects from concept to live users, articulating the full loop of discovery and iteration.
- Proficient in full-stack and AI-native capabilities, including production prototypes using AI coding tools.
- Collaborative operational style with a focus on improving team dynamics without territorial boundaries.
- Innovators from outside the ad-tech category are prioritized; prior ad-tech experience is not required.
