Software Engineer Graduate (AI Infrastructure-Compute Efficiency & Scheduling) - 2027 Start

- Build intelligent, AI-driven scheduling systems that determine where and how millions of workloads run.
- Improve the utilization of compute, memory, and power to increase infrastructure efficiency and reduce AI operating costs.
- Help operate a reliable, always-on platform across global regions and build automation, including AI-agent-assisted tools, for diagnosis and self-healing.
- Contribute ideas, prototypes, design discussions, and production systems while progressing from scoped assignments to end-to-end ownership.
Requirements
- Be completing or have recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in software development, computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Be proficient in at least one major programming language such as Go, C++, Rust, Python, or Java.
- Have a solid foundation in operating systems, distributed systems, computer architecture, networking, or large-scale software development.
- Curiosity about large-scale systems, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML infrastructure demonstrated through internships, coursework, research, competitions, or personal projects is preferred.
- Hands-on exposure to containers or cloud-native systems such as Kubernetes and contributions to open-source systems projects are preferred bonuses.
- State availability and graduation date clearly and be able to commit to an onboarding date by the end of 2027; candidates who pass resume screening must complete a technical online assessment.
