Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver technical engagements such as strategy sessions, envisioning workshops, architecture design sessions, and rapid prototypes.
- Lead AI transformation journeys by prioritizing use cases, advising customers on AI trends, and aligning initiatives with business goals.
- Own strategic vision and execution for AI transformation initiatives across targeted customer accounts.
- Design scalable, secure, and performance-optimized solution architectures based on customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams and stakeholders to integrate capabilities across cloud platforms.
- Develop expertise in AI solutions, AI management and security, real-time intelligence, application architecture, data platforms, and enterprise technology.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience, or a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field plus at least 6 years of experience, or equivalent experience.
- Strong hands-on record designing, building, deploying, and troubleshooting software, cloud, data, and AI solutions.
- Proficiency in a relevant programming language such as Python, TypeScript, Java, or Rust, with practical experience using APIs, Git/source control, testing, and CI/CD.
- Experience designing and implementing solutions on Azure or comparable cloud platforms, including application architecture, identity, networking, security, data integration, and operations.
- Practical experience designing, building, and evaluating AI-enabled applications, including data dependencies, grounding, security, model limitations, failure modes, and Responsible AI.
- Ability to investigate unfamiliar environments, test assumptions, and make sound engineering decisions under real-world constraints.
- Ability to work with customer engineers and architects, lead technical design discussions, and explain complex technical decisions to technical and business audiences.
- Deep expertise in AI and agent development, application innovation, data platforms, cloud-native application development, or enterprise architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Foundry, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure services.
