Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of new client accounts through defined onboarding processes and launches.
- Lead technical discovery and solution discussions to understand client requirements and propose solutions.
- Configure, implement, integrate, and troubleshoot client solutions on the SaaS platform.
- Coordinate stakeholders, surface blockers, and keep implementation projects on schedule.
- Answer client questions, conduct requested Zoom calls, and provide specialized training on platform adoption.
- Create and maintain technical integration documentation.
- Capture critical client account and business information for transition to Success or Account Management.
- Stay current with platform capabilities, product enhancements, and relevant industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or a related Science or Commerce discipline.
- At least 5 years working in a technology-focused role at a digital marketing or technology-focused company.
- Proven performance in Integration Support, Sales Engineering, Software Development, or a related discipline, preferably in an external customer-facing capacity.
- Foundational knowledge and practical experience with web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and REST APIs.
- Understanding of designing and implementing client solutions on SaaS platforms.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills and customer-centric stakeholder support skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
- Proven hands-on application of AI to real-world challenges and opportunities, with a sophisticated understanding of core principles.
- Familiarity with the affiliate and/or digital marketing industry is preferred.
