Responsibilities

  • Own the complete quality assurance strategy for each sprint within ServiceNow.
  • Write clear, well-structured test cases and test scripts with explicit pass/fail criteria.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies focusing on quality gates and acceptance criteria validation.
  • Track quality progress, surface defects, and prioritize testing efforts.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using the ServiceNow ATF.
  • Perform hands-on manual testing to validate configurations and ensure end-to-end quality.
  • Conduct test planning sessions with stakeholders to define test scope and acceptance criteria.
  • Leverage Generative AI tools to accelerate testing deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate quality documentation within ServiceNow.
  • Identify and champion quality process improvements and automation opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of QA/Testing experience with at least 2 years in a ServiceNow QA/testing role.
  • Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
  • Experience using the ServiceNow Agile Development module for test management.
  • Demonstrated testing experience on ServiceNow ITSM and/or CSM modules.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes related to testing.
  • Manual testing expertise including test case design and exploratory testing.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills for leading UAT sessions.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI tools for testing activities.
