Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end quality engineering and automated testing for ServiceNow solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Monitor and analyze test results to identify defects and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation and quality improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve test automation issues.
- Participate independently as a subject matter expert and contribute to team problem solving.
- Share testing knowledge and best practices with junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in ServiceNow is required.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow and ServiceNow Testing is required.
- Strong understanding of automation frameworks and testing methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing automated test scripts.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve test automation issues.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
- Good analytical skills for assessing quality metrics and improving testing efficiency.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
