Responsibilities
- Define and deploy standardized Jira workflows, defect tracking processes, issue taxonomies, and engineering governance across multiple engineering and program teams.
- Design, develop, and enhance Jira and Confluence solutions, including custom workflows, automation, integrations, and extensions.
- Develop web applications, executive dashboards, data pipelines, and reporting solutions using Atlassian and enterprise engineering data.
- Drive architectural decisions for workflow automation and analytics while mentoring engineers and leading cross-organizational technical initiatives.
- Partner with engineering and program teams to harmonize processes, improve adoption, and increase execution transparency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience administering and developing solutions on the Atlassian platform, including knowledge of architecture, database schemas, APIs, workflows, permissions, and automation.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, including scripting, API development, and database querying.
- Experience developing modern web applications and dashboards with technologies such as React, Angular, Flask, or similar frameworks.
- Strong partner leadership, problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.
- Preferred experience in semiconductor or EDA environments and knowledge of the SoC development lifecycle.
- Preferred experience integrating Jira with enterprise engineering tools, CI/CD pipelines, and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with ScriptRunner, Assets, Structure, or EazyBI is preferred.
