Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and declarative tools.
- Build and support integrations between Salesforce and external platforms using middleware and event-driven architectures.
- Translate business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders.
- Lead technical design reviews, recommend platform best practices, and conduct code reviews.
- Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable resolutions.
- Support release planning, deployment activities, environment management, data migration, and data quality efforts.
- Optimize platform performance, user experience, and operational reliability.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce security controls, data protection standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of relevant experience is indicated by the job title.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or an equivalent skills-based combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated enterprise Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and platform configuration.
- Strong Salesforce application architecture, customization, security, governance, and platform best-practices expertise.
- Experience with integrations, REST APIs, SOAP services, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security models, role hierarchies, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and data governance.
- Experience with data migration, data quality management, deployment processes, source control, and continuous delivery practices.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Platform Developer certifications, regulated-industry experience, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud knowledge, DevOps tools, automated testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and performance monitoring practices.
