Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship features for the Customer Insights platform.
- Partner with Data Platform and Observability engineering teams.
- Own well-defined pieces of work end-to-end.
- Write and maintain critical-path backend and product code.
- Surface blockers early and collaborate with the team.
- Help maintain the correctness of customer-facing visibility systems.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience with large-scale distributed systems.
- Good backend engineering skills in TypeScript, Go, Python, Java, C++, or similar.
- Enthusiasm to learn about event-driven systems and analytics.
- Comfort with data modeling and working with schemas and queries.
- Writes clean, well-organized, and well-tested code.
- Curious and open to feedback, willing to propose new approaches.
