Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end ML and AI pipelines from data preparation through model deployment and monitoring.
- Develop and deploy machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and GenAI models in production.
- Design RAG systems involving retrieval, chunking, embeddings, vector search, and prompt engineering.
- Build autonomous agent and multi-agent workflows with tool-calling, planning, and memory.
- Develop and optimize demand forecasting and inventory planning time-series models.
- Implement MLOps pipelines, model monitoring, drift detection, and governance.
- Optimize models and LLM inference architectures for performance, cost, and latency.
- Integrate AI systems with enterprise APIs, data platforms, and customer-facing applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, debug and improve ML systems, mentor team members, and present technical findings.
- Evaluate emerging AI tools and frameworks and stay current with AI and GenAI trends.
Requirements
- 7–12 years of professional experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 60% or above.
- Experience building and deploying production ML, deep learning, NLP, GenAI, RAG, agentic AI, forecasting, and MLOps systems.
- Experience with scalable LLM inference, enterprise integrations, model optimization, monitoring, governance, and drift detection.
- Required skills include Java, Selenium, and Java testing.
- Preferred capabilities include algorithm development, big data, data analytics, data integration, dashboard creation, AI fluency, and coaching and feedback.
