Base Salary

$220k - $300k/yr

Responsibilities

Architect and own major parts of the platform end to end.
Solve complex production problems and improve platform rigor, capacity, and performance.
Improve developer experience, deployment speed, and platform abstractions for product engineers.
Build agentic workflows that accelerate the engineer and team.
Create systems capable of supporting the company’s next hundred million users.

Experience owning complex technical systems and solving production problems.
Ability to ship quickly while maintaining rigorous testing.
Ability to work through complex problems with significant constraints and edge cases.
Strong attention to both user experience and technical requirements.
Experience with Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, Temporal or SQS, Terraform, and AWS is relevant to the stated technology stack.

San Francisco employees generally work in the office most days, while some remote roles are available; remote teammates travel to San Francisco for three to four days per month.
