Base Salary
$220k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and own major parts of the platform end to end.
- Solve complex production problems and improve platform rigor, capacity, and performance.
- Improve developer experience, deployment speed, and platform abstractions for product engineers.
- Build agentic workflows that accelerate the engineer and team.
- Create systems capable of supporting the company’s next hundred million users.
Requirements
- Experience owning complex technical systems and solving production problems.
- Ability to ship quickly while maintaining rigorous testing.
- Ability to work through complex problems with significant constraints and edge cases.
- Strong attention to both user experience and technical requirements.
- Experience with Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, Temporal or SQS, Terraform, and AWS is relevant to the stated technology stack.
