Responsibilities
- Design, write, and maintain high-efficiency C++ software components for core video analytics libraries.
- Port and optimize algorithms, memory allocation, and hardware usage across embedded platforms, edge AI systems, smart cameras, and SoCs.
- Build low-latency, real-time video processing pipelines integrated with GStreamer.
- Optimize and deploy deep learning and computer vision models in production edge environments.
- Debug system bottlenecks, memory leaks, multithreading and concurrency issues, and latency spikes.
- Collaborate with AI engineers on model deployment and optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in software engineering, computer science, or a relevant field.
- 4+ years of professional C++ development experience, including C++11, C++14, or C++17.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Linux and Embedded Linux environments.
- Deep understanding of memory management, multithreading, concurrency, and performance profiling.
- Practical experience with computer vision and image-processing libraries such as OpenCV and TensorRT.
- Demonstrated ability to debug and optimize resource-constrained system software.
- Preferred: experience with GStreamer, H.264/H.265, RTSP, Nvidia Jetson, Ambarella, Qualcomm, NXP, CUDA, or OpenCL.
