Responsibilities
- Develop custom software solutions and enhance components across systems and applications.
- Design, code, and deliver scalable, high-performing enterprise solutions.
- Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using Generative AI and Agentic AI.
- Apply AI to automate processes, integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows, and address complex business challenges.
- Participate independently as a subject-matter expert and contribute to team discussions and technical problem solving.
- Assist with application support best practices, troubleshooting, system monitoring, performance optimization, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and reliability.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Cloud Enterprise Architecture.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Cloud Enterprise Architecture and strong understanding of cloud computing principles and architecture.
- Strong grasp of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Experience with application support and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques.
- Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and measurable value.
- Ability to document technical processes and solutions clearly.
