Responsibilities
- Elicit, prioritize, and analyze requirements; design technical solutions, workflows, and user interfaces.
- Write and review technical specifications and data mapping templates.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and internal IT stakeholders to develop compliant solutions aligned with bank standards, quality policies, and guidelines.
- Translate functional designs and business terminology into technical designs.
- Identify gaps in deliverables early and address them effectively.
- Provide subject matter expert support to core banking, credit, digital, and client output IT teams.
- Support architecture committees and project teams in progressing target operating models according to preferred or selected architectures.
Requirements
- Degree from a well-known university in an IT-related subject.
- 10–14 years of overall software development experience, including in-depth expertise in software design, development, technical analysis, and implementation in the banking or financial domain.
- Good working experience with Temenos Triple A Plus (TAP) Core.
- Good working experience with current versions of WTX and ITX.
- Knowledge of Unix scripting, XSLT programming, and Oracle databases.
- General knowledge of private banking and a good understanding of financial products.
- Experience with TTi (T24 TAP interface) development is a plus.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, collaboration, ownership, and independent delivery skills, including the ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines or multiple projects.
