Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing backend systems.
- Build greenfield products and improve existing systems.
- Develop REST APIs and backend services for card payments, treasury management, transaction booking, and crypto liquidity.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to create maintainable business logic and deliver products quickly.
- Use Java, PostgreSQL, and Spring Boot in backend development.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in backend development and fluency in Java.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or another engineering or science discipline.
- A track record of building complex products used by millions of people in hypergrowth startups.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- A quick-learning, ambitious, and results-driven approach.
