Responsibilities

  • Define and execute technical roadmaps for cloud-based applications and services.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of the software development lifecycle.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, deliverables, status reporting, metrics, and outcomes.
  • Architect scalable, secure, and cost-optimized cloud infrastructures on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Mentor and coach engineers on best practices, code quality, and DevOps processes.
  • Coordinate with product owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
  • Conduct technical reviews, performance tuning, and root-cause analysis for production issues.
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in cloud architecture, application engineering, and project leadership.
  • Proficiency with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform services and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Strong background in modern programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js and microservices design.
  • Demonstrated success managing Agile projects and delivering complex solutions on schedule.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
  • Understanding of security best practices, networking, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to mentor technical teams and foster a collaborative culture.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, PMP, or Scrum Master are preferred.
