Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, architecture, and development of platform features, integrations, and defect fixes.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on designs and code.
- Balance technical debt, feature development, and customer support needs.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in code and production environments.
- Take ownership of complex problems and make tactical versus strategic technical trade-offs.
- Remain accountable for technical debt in owned software and help the team deliver features when needed.
- Use AI agents for development.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or technical institute degree/certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of knowledge and experience.
- Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JDBC, JPA, and Spring Security.
- Experience with Java EE technologies including Servlets, JSTL, JSP, and JDBC.
- Strong Microsoft SQL Server skills, including optimized queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
- Knowledge of API design, JAX-RS, third-party APIs, authentication, and authorization.
- Experience with ReactJS and/or Angular, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS, and SASS.
- Experience with SAML, OAuth, OpenID, Okta, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
- Comfort with agentic AI development.
- Preferred experience includes Salesforce, Dynamics, ServiceNow, Apache Solr, Apache Tomcat, AWS EC2, AWS S3, New Relic, and Grafana.
- Ability to collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, work independently, and support customer-focused product delivery.
