Responsibilities
- Own the design, development, unit testing, deployment, and operations of Salesforce customizations, applications, and integrations.
- Implement regional and global Salesforce requirements for retail and investment management banking clients.
- Develop and customize Salesforce communities and portals using Lightning components, Lightning Web Components, and Aura.
- Build Apex classes, Triggers, flows, integrations, and scalable CRM features while following Salesforce development best practices and platform limits.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party and internal platforms using APIs and RESTful services.
- Collaborate with engineers, business analysts, testing teams, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into products.
- Support Salesforce administration, configuration, version control, CI/CD, and DevOps processes.
Requirements
- B.E. or B.Tech in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in Salesforce click-and-code development.
- Mandatory certifications in Salesforce sales, service, and administration, along with Salesforce Developer or related certifications.
- Proficiency with Apex classes, Apex Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Salesforce Flow, and Salesforce administration.
- Experience with version control, CI/CD infrastructure, DevOps practices, Salesforce DX, Git, and SFDX.
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL, SOQL, APIs, RESTful services, and Salesforce integrations.
- Preferred knowledge of Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, deployment, Apex testing, database technologies, and Salesforce development life cycle practices.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
