Responsibilities
- Build scalable Network Access and payment transaction solutions for high-volume, low-latency systems.
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and support on-premises or public-cloud deployments.
- Ensure software quality through testing, code coverage, configuration quality, monitoring, and early performance testing.
- Develop QA standards, processes, tools, and methodologies and establish testing requirements with other functions.
- Translate complex system requirements and specifications into test requirements and testing methods.
- Collaborate with software engineers to build quality into the full software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Engineering experience, preferably with high-volume, low-latency transaction processing, payment switching, high-frequency trading, or real-time event-streaming systems.
- Experience with quality engineering techniques, software quality tools, CI/CD pipeline creation, and scalable product delivery.
- Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies such as Gtest, JUnit, and mocking is preferred.
- Experience with Apache Kafka or NATS, financial system encryption, microservices, RESTful APIs, Linux, Spring Boot, Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD deployment is preferred.
- Experience with Java, Go, C++, or ESQL is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- BS or MS in Computer Science.
