Responsibilities
- Own GenAI strategy and implementation for operational workflows.
- Build end-to-end AI tools and take them to production.
- Collaborate with operators, engineers, and business leaders to define technical approaches.
- Focus on market strategy, city engagement, and permitting readiness.
- Track development workflows and construction handoffs.
Requirements
- Proven experience building practical AI systems.
- Strong coding skills in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, or C++.
- Experience with LLMs, data processing pipelines, and analytics tools.
- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and GenAI solutions.
- Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teammates.
- Experience in permitting, real estate development, or geospatial workflows is a plus.
