Base Salary
$110k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines.
- Partner with program engineering teams to support application deployments in secure environments.
- Architect and optimize container orchestration strategies.
- Drive cloud infrastructure initiatives independently.
- Design and implement complex Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform.
- Lead security initiatives and ensure compliance with DoD standards.
- Establish comprehensive monitoring and observability strategies.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
- Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Lead incident response efforts and conduct root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on infrastructure roadmaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant technical field.
- 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in DevOps or cloud engineering.
- Expert-level proficiency in Linux systems administration and scripting.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex CI/CD pipelines.
- Deep expertise with containerization and production Kubernetes deployments.
- Extensive experience with multiple cloud platforms and Infrastructure as Code.
- Demonstrated ability to design comprehensive monitoring and alerting solutions.
- Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance frameworks.
- Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring team members.
- U.S. Citizen with an active DoD Secret clearance.
