Responsibilities
- Define and govern architecture standards, patterns, and design principles across teams.
- Design and implement cloud-native, microservices-based, API-driven, and event-driven solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and design authority to development teams and review solution designs.
- Work hands-on on critical components and solve complex technical problems.
- Own end-to-end architecture and align technology solutions with business, product, and program priorities.
- Integrate DevOps, security, and quality practices into the software development lifecycle.
- Monitor system performance and continuously improve solutions based on metrics.
- Drive scalability, architecture compliance, standardization, security posture, reusability, platform efficiency, and business impact.
Requirements
- 8+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years in architecture roles.
- Experience designing complex, large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and cloud-native architecture, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, observability, and programming languages including Java, Python, C#, .NET, and C/C++.
- Knowledge of Linux, networking, edge/IoT systems, IAM, web and application security, WAF, and IDS.
- Knowledge of event streaming, real-time analytics, and ML/AI platforms is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in diverse, cross-functional teams with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
