Responsibilities
- Lead the long-term technical direction and vision for maintaining and scaling products
- Support and maintain the design system and component library
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to create intuitive user experiences
- Own and plan projects for long-term impact within a small team
- Teach and mentor other engineers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- 5+ years of professional engineering experience
- Proven experience developing web applications and shipping user-facing features
- Knowledge of frontend architecture best practices, including performance, security, and usability
- Experience with Swift, web3.js, ethers.js, or Solidity is a bonus
