Responsibilities
- Embed with client or internal teams to discover problems, gather requirements, run workshops, and create defensible technical scopes.
- Lead AI pre-sales activities, including scoping, pricing, proposal writing, and closing engagements.
- Build and ship production-grade AI workflows such as copilots, agents, RAG systems, automation, and internal tooling.
- Integrate solutions with client stacks and own evaluation, observability, guardrails, security review, procurement, change management, and production delivery.
- Extend NetguruOS with reusable agents, MCPs, skills, templates, runbooks, and other AI delivery tooling.
- Drive customer adoption, measurable business value, feedback, iteration, and long-term impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of total experience, including 3+ years hands-on building and shipping AI-assisted systems.
- 2+ years of experience in client-facing consulting or pre-sales engineering.
- Proven full-cycle ownership from discovery and scoping through build, production, and handoff.
- Production-grade Python and/or TypeScript experience building shipped systems.
- Fluency with LLM technologies including Claude, GPT, and open-weight models.
- Experience designing agents, RAG pipelines, copilots, MCP servers, and sub-agents.
- Experience with eval-driven development, REST APIs, iPaaS, and common SaaS tools such as CRM, PM, and BI systems.
- Understanding of AI adoption challenges including data readiness, trust, governance, compliance, change management, and operational integration.
- Strong requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, technical scoping, proposal writing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Communicative B2+ Polish and English proficiency.
- Preferred: experience in Finance, Retail, or Supply Chain, plus conference talks, open-source work, or published AI writing.
