Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical implementations of Docusign Intelligent Agreement Management as the subject matter expert for solution design, configuration, security, and scalability.
- Provide architectural guidance on integrations, web applications, customer environments, and long-term platform roadmaps.
- Guide deployment practices, code and configuration reviews, release adoption, and implementation optimization.
- Troubleshoot complex customer issues, lead escalations, and deliver sustainable solutions for at-risk projects.
- Build trusted relationships with enterprise administrators, Centers of Excellence, and executive stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and manage customer expectations.
- Support Sales and Pre-Sales with scoping, technical estimation, and solution design for complex engagements.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to keep projects on schedule, within scope, and on budget.
- Provide Professional Services feedback to Product Management and help influence product roadmaps.
- Deliver against utilization, customer satisfaction, and engagement profitability metrics.
- Document and share implementation best practices across Professional Services.
- Mentor team members on technical deliverables, configuration standards, and professional development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience working directly with enterprise clients to gather requirements and deliver high-impact technical solutions.
- Experience in software or SaaS consulting, solution architecture, or technical implementation leadership.
- Experience with enterprise integration tools, ETL, and web application development.
- Experience using C#, Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, SQL, and REST/SOAP web services for development and integration.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Preferred experience with Contract Lifecycle Management, document/content management, and Business Process Management software.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, Documentum, Pega, or K2.
- Preferred understanding of data management platforms, XML/XPath, and structured data schemas.
- Preferred management consulting experience guiding C-suite and VP-level executives through technical change management.
- Preferred experience delivering solutions in Financial Services, Tech, Telecom, Healthcare, Real Estate, Insurance, or the Public Sector.
- Fluency in Italian is preferred.
