Responsibilities
- Align and execute continuous integration and continuous deployment across the application lifecycle.
- Plan and manage DevOps pipelines spanning planning, coding, building, testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring.
- Manage IT infrastructure supporting software applications and onboard and configure applications on DevOps tools.
- Build and customize DevOps tools, user access workflows, and access provisioning processes.
- Collaborate with developers on coding and scripting that connects software releases with operating systems and production infrastructure.
- Automate testing and deployment in a DevOps environment.
- Provide customer support for DevOps tools, resolve tickets within the specified turnaround time, and follow escalation processes.
- Troubleshoot critical or recurring issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory skills in Cloud, AWS, and DevOps.
- Ability to collaborate with development teams on coding and scripting for release and infrastructure integration.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve customer support tickets.
