Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Partner with Customer Success Unit leaders, delivery partners, and global teams to enable Success Program delivery across assigned markets.
- Independently lead complex customer engagements, providing architectural guidance, technical excellence, best-practice validation, delivery assurance, knowledge transfer, and closure.
- Own delivery readiness, kickoff, milestone tracking, deliverable submission, documentation, and the complete engagement lifecycle.
- Manage concurrent engagements, priorities, dependencies, and capacity with resource coordinators and delivery stakeholders.
- Monitor and report delivery capacity, customer satisfaction, delivery health, risks, and corrective actions.
- Represent restricted Success Program delivery in regional forums, business reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
- Mentor and enable partner, vendor, local, and global Cloud Solution Architects.
- Pilot new Success Program engagements, provide feedback on delivery content and methodologies, and identify automation and reusable-practice opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field and 4+ years of relevant technical experience, or equivalent experience.
- Must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance and successfully complete required clearance verification and Microsoft Cloud background checks.
- Must verify U.S. citizenship because of citizenship-based legal restrictions supporting U.S. government customers.
- Preferred experience independently leading technical engagements from discovery and solution design through delivery and closure.
- Preferred experience in U.S. government, sovereign, defense, or highly regulated environments, including GCC or GCC High.
- 5+ years of preferred experience in cloud engineering, architecture, software/infrastructure engineering, or technical consulting, including 4+ years in customer-facing technical roles.
- Broad Azure and/or Microsoft 365 expertise with depth in at least one Microsoft cloud solution area.
- Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder-management, customer-relationship, delivery-planning, documentation, and risk-management skills.
- Knowledge of cloud governance, security, identity, compliance, and landing-zone principles; relevant Microsoft certifications are preferred.
- Familiarity with CMMC requirements and data-handling considerations for Defense Industrial Base customers.
- Ability to coordinate across organizational boundaries, regions, and time zones, work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and travel to customer locations including the Washington, D.C. metro area.

- The typical U.S. base pay range is USD $106,400-$203,600 per year; separate ranges apply to the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area.

- Travel to customer locations may be required for delivery, secure-facility access, or contractual obligations.
