Responsibilities
- Own technical relationships, technical account plans, and end-to-end technical lifecycle activities for assigned strategic partners.
- Lead technical discovery, architecture sessions, validation, proofs of concept, demos, deal qualification, and pipeline acceleration.
- Build and cultivate technical champions and enable partners to independently sell and deliver Cloudflare solutions.
- Accelerate partner deployment, management, and support capabilities for Cloudflare One and AI application workloads.
- Co-develop joint services catalogs, managed SASE offerings, and AI security assessment services.
- Track partner service-delivery KPIs and support long-term architectural health through telemetry and proactive design.
- Use Cloudflare OS, Agent PAT, and Agent Echo to automate repeatable technical tasks.
- Gather partner feedback, support beta-product engagement, and participate in cross-functional enablement across the Cloudflare One and AI ecosystem.
Requirements
- 8+ years of technical, partner-facing experience such as Systems Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Account Manager in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or networking.
- Strong technical depth in Cloudflare One or equivalent SASE/SSE architectures, Zero Trust, DNS, and application security.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI deployment, AI Gateway, LLM orchestration frameworks, or vector databases.
- Experience developing technical talent or champion programs within partner organizations and driving adoption of complex cloud networks and AI technologies.
- Deep understanding of enterprise IT, multi-cloud, and hybrid-cloud environments, with experience managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage technical deal lifecycles from pre-sales discovery and opportunity generation through post-sale service delivery.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for explaining complex architectures and AI-driven use cases to technical and executive audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

- Estimated annual salary ranges are $212,000-$292,000, $234,000-$321,000, or $244,000-$336,000 depending on work location, including on-target incentive compensation under the Sales Compensation Plan.
