Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, workshops, and solutioning with business, data, and technology stakeholders.
- Design end-to-end data and AI solutions on Microsoft Azure, covering ingestion, platforms, models, applications, and consumption.
- Translate business goals and use cases into target architectures, technical roadmaps, estimates, and delivery plans.
- Design and modernize data platforms using technologies such as Microsoft Fabric and Azure Databricks.
- Design and implement batch, streaming, and real-time data pipelines, integrations, and data products.
- Own data architecture, modeling, quality, metadata, governance, security, identity, access, observability, and cost control.
- Design and build generative AI and classical AI/ML solutions using services such as Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Azure Machine Learning.
- Contribute hands-on code, integrations, prototypes, and production-oriented implementations.
- Advise customers technically, connect technical decisions to business value, and coach data engineers, developers, architects, and data scientists.
- Track Microsoft’s evolving data and AI strategy and translate new capabilities into practical customer solutions.
Requirements
- Several years of experience designing and delivering advanced data and AI solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Demonstrated solutioning experience spanning needs analysis, architecture, estimation, technical decisions, and delivery.
- Strong data architecture and modern data platform experience, including lakehouses, data warehouses, data products, and integration architecture.
- Hands-on data engineering experience with pipelines, transformation, orchestration, modeling, and performance optimization.
- Strong competence in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, or comparable Azure data and analytics services.
- Practical generative AI experience, including RAG, agent-based solutions, model evaluation, or language-model application integration.
- Understanding of classical AI/ML development, production deployment, and model maintenance.
- Hands-on proficiency in Python and SQL, plus experience with APIs, Git, CI/CD, and modern development and integration patterns.
- Ability to design for data quality, metadata, governance, identity, security, observability, and cost control.
- Documented consulting experience and the ability to build trust, lead customer dialogue, and connect technical decisions to business value.
- Clear communication skills with decision-makers, architects, and delivery teams.
- Very good written and spoken Swedish and English.
- Preferred experience includes data warehouses, medallion architecture, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Search, MLOps, LLMOps, Microsoft Purview, event-driven solutions, streaming, data mesh, Infrastructure as Code, presales, larger transformation programs, and relevant Microsoft certifications.
