Base Salary
$130k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain integrations between core enterprise systems.
- Develop and manage data pipelines and API-led architectures.
- Automate complex workflows in collaboration with Finance and People Operations.
- Lead the selection and management of iPaaS tools for SaaS application integration.
- Define and document enterprise data standards and integration protocols.
- Identify and resolve system bottlenecks to ensure accurate reporting.
- Mentor junior IT and systems staff on best practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in business systems engineering or enterprise architecture.
- Deep technical expertise with Oracle NetSuite and Workday APIs.
- Hands-on experience with multi-dimensional planning tools like Pigment.
- Proficiency in at least one major iPaaS platform and advanced scripting skills.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and HR lifecycles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills for scalable architecture design.
