Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software for network automation.
- Plan and manage complex projects, anticipating dependencies.
- Lead technical direction through design reviews and architecture decisions.
- Write well-tested software in Python and Go, ensuring high quality.
- Define service-level indicators and objectives to improve reliability.
- Collaborate with multiple engineering teams for seamless integration.
- Participate in on-call rotation and drive blameless incident follow-up.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to team skill development.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python and Go programming languages.
- Experience with CI/CD practices and maintaining continuous deployments.
- Understanding of enterprise-level service health management.
- Experience in process automation and workflow orchestration.
- Strong planning skills for managing multi-month projects.
- Solid understanding of core networking fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Linux, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation tools.
