Base Salary
$96k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Facilitate detailed solution design from requirements through construction and deployment.
- Design scalable Dynamics 365 CRM components and integration architectures in service-oriented environments.
- Lead technical workshops with business and technology partners and provide technical leadership for solution delivery.
- Develop and support integrations using middleware, APIs, Azure services, SSIS, and Microsoft Power Platform tools.
- Perform data analysis, mapping, harmonization, and migration using built-in and third-party tools.
- Design reporting architecture using SSRS and support Power BI reporting solutions.
- Lead technical efforts for pre-sales engagements and contribute to niche solutions and proofs of concept.
- Advocate scalable, supported, and upgradeable customizations aligned with the Dynamics 365 product roadmap.
- Manage cloud platform resources, connectivity, security models, and DevOps pipelines for CRM systems.
Requirements
- Must have Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement experience in Sales and Service, with knowledge of other Microsoft Dynamics 365 products.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 online and on-premise implementations and prior versions.
- Hands-on experience with C#/.NET, JavaScript, Microsoft SQL Server, MS CRM SDK, MSD Developer Toolkit, and SSRS.
- Experience with CRM and third-party integrations using middleware tools, REST, OData Web APIs, and SSIS packages.
- Experience using Azure integration services such as Azure Functions and Azure Service Bus, along with PCF controls, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Experience with data migration, data analysis, data mapping, and data harmonization; Azure Data Factory experience is preferred.
- Experience in reporting architecture with SSRS and knowledge of Power BI.
- Experience managing cloud platform resources and understanding security models and CRM connectivity.
- Experience setting up DevOps pipelines for cloud-based CRM systems and exposure to information-management strategy and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, independent-thinking, and solution-oriented skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and technical leadership of architecture and delivery efforts.
- Financial services or banking experience is preferred.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Service, or Customizations certifications are preferred.

- Base compensation range is $96,366-$150,000 per year.
