Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Assist in designing, developing, and implementing software applications tailored to business needs.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and support enterprise application integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues effectively.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization through software enhancements.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members and contribute as a subject matter expert.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with UKG Pro.
- Proficiency in UKG Pro.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and application design principles.
- Experience analyzing requirements and translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integrating software applications within enterprise environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- 15 years of full-time education.
