Base Salary
$205k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of complex systems and features.
- Improve team execution by refining processes and tools.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders.
- Contribute to engineering culture through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
- Work with technologies such as TypeScript, Node.js, React, OpenAPI, and AWS.
Requirements
- Proven experience in software engineering and system design.
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
- Ability to lead projects with cross-functional impact.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating decisions and tradeoffs.
