Base Salary
$205k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of complex systems and features from planning through maintenance.
- Improve team execution through better processes, tools, on-call rotations, and engineering practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to shape strategy and achieve goals.
- Mentor the team through knowledge sharing, feedback, design reviews, and incident reviews.
- Work with TypeScript, Node.js, React, OpenAPI, and AWS while learning new tools as needed.
Requirements
- Lead by example and take ownership of product, software, and cross-functional team success.
- Lead projects with impact beyond the immediate team domain.
- Mentor teammates through knowledge sharing, code reviews, and clear feedback.
- Communicate key decisions, tradeoffs, and practices through writing.
- Collaborate effectively with diverse opinions and actively seek input.
