Responsibilities

Build and ship AI-powered experiences for discovery, personalisation, search, onboarding, and content consumption.
Use Viaplay’s sport and non-sport content at scale to create differentiated product capabilities.
Automate repetitive work and build agents and tools that make teams more efficient.
Prototype rapidly, validate solutions with real users, scale what works, and discontinue what does not.
Create momentum in an ambiguous environment and translate technically possible ideas into business outcomes.

Demonstrated experience shipping real AI agents, models, or tools that solved an actual problem rather than serving as a demo.
Hands-on experience building AI agents for real business problems, or a background in software, product, or digital transformation.
Ability to work quickly, focus on outcomes, identify high-leverage opportunities in complex systems, and challenge assumptions.
Ability to bring people along, create momentum without waiting for permission, and communicate clearly in English.
