Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, reliable, and highly available backend services for mobile incident management.
- Create tools for detecting, classifying, and automatically managing application incidents.
- Process large volumes of information to identify critical production risks and problems.
- Design APIs and data models supporting key processes for Mobile teams.
- Integrate observability, alerting, and incident-management solutions with multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Experience developing backend systems and distributed services using Java, Kotlin, or Go with scalable architectures.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, databases, events, queues, and messaging systems.
- Experience using GenAI tools such as Claude or Codex and Spec-Driven Development approaches.
- Knowledge of observability, reliability, and production-systems operations practices.
- Experience with Datadog, Grafana, Kibana, Datadog RUM, or Bugsnag is desirable.
