Responsibilities
- Design and evolve scalable APIs and event-oriented services for millions of users.
- Develop backend services in Go integrating AI capabilities, contextualization, and transactional features.
- Implement functionality end to end from technical definition through production deployment.
- Use AI tools and agentic workflows to improve development quality and efficiency.
- Ensure reliability and security through service-level objectives, observability, recovery mechanisms, progressive deployments, and production metrics.
- Design and operate distributed systems and synchronous and asynchronous integrations.
- Resolve incidents and apply resilience patterns, authentication, authorization, data protection, and secure development practices.
Requirements
- Production experience developing backend solutions in Go, including concurrency, interfaces, error handling, testing, and idiomatic code.
- Experience designing and operating distributed systems, synchronous and asynchronous integrations, and scalable APIs.
- Experience with observability, incident resolution, resilience patterns, and secure development.
- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, data protection, and OWASP risks.
- Ability to learn quickly, work with technology and GenAI, and operate effectively in a collaborative environment.
