
Principal Consultant - Revenue Cloud Architect Lead

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of complex Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Billing, and enterprise Salesforce solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and document business processes, requirements, solution designs, and technical architecture.
- Provide Salesforce platform best practices and solution leadership while translating business requirements into scalable systems solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise architects, business stakeholders, customers, and partners on architecture, security, performance, governance, development, and integration.
- Oversee solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, environment management, troubleshooting, and resolution of customer implementation issues.
- Collaborate with developers and technical teams on application and integration development, design documentation, and verification of business requirements.
- Advise and mentor diverse customer, partner, and internal teams, including resources without direct reporting relationships.
- Participate in project and program planning, issue management, communication, change management, and coordination of end-to-end implementation activities.
- Build long-term client relationships, communicate product roadmaps, and identify opportunities to use Salesforce and integration tools.
- Lead strategic initiatives that grow the consulting practice and develop practice assets, knowledge resources, and delivery capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of enterprise consulting experience, including enterprise software implementation and increasing responsibility managing junior technical resources.
- At least 2 years of experience as an architect in a mid-sized organization with demonstrated leadership.
- At least 2 years of external consulting experience, including 3+ years of CRM consulting and hands-on experience with CRM products.
- Technical proficiency with Salesforce, multi-cloud solutions, integrations, data migrations, and modern on-premise and cloud-based systems architecture.
- Experience with enterprise architecture areas including integration technologies, single sign-on, and master data management.
- Multiple Salesforce certifications are expected or preferred, including certifications such as Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, App Builder, Platform Developer I, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ.
- Application development experience with JavaScript, XML, HTTP, Java, C++, ASP, and SQL.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience; a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Information Technology is also preferred.
- Strong consulting, communication, presentation, customer-facing, people leadership, teamwork, client-focus, innovation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced sales and development environments and with distributed or offshore teams is required or preferred.
