Base Salary

$200k - $270k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Americas Front Office Solutions Engineering team and develop employee capabilities, career paths, engagement, and team culture.
  • Allocate front-office technical presales resources to business growth opportunities.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain presales tools, processes, methodologies, and intelligence.
  • Participate in deal reviews and opportunity qualification with sales teams.
  • Partner with product, sales, global subject-matter, client, and external partner teams to support opportunities and provide market feedback.
  • Coordinate employee development by creating and delegating developmental tasks.
  • Travel as required and work within the company’s hybrid policy.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in investment management within the financial services industry.
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams.
  • Knowledge of the buy-side technology industry, including its structure, trends, and challenges.
  • Ability to understand and showcase the buy-side trade lifecycle from front to back.
  • Prior experience with front-office buy-side technology and trading tools.
  • Front-office domain knowledge spanning trading, EMS, OMS, PMS, compliance, performance, and risk.
  • Familiarity with fixed income, equities, derivatives, and public and private markets.
  • Knowledge of financial instruments ranging from vanilla public securities to esoteric derivatives and complex structured instruments.
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships empathetically and collaborate cross-functionally with employees, prospects, clients, and external partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements, tasks, and projects under tight deadlines.
