Responsibilities
- Design and orchestrate customer-specific agentic workflows using AI prompting and the company’s multi-agent platform.
- Bridge customers with product and engineering teams by translating real-world feedback into platform improvements.
- Diagnose and resolve deployment, integration, and performance issues in high-stakes environments.
- Build internal tools, documentation, and reference implementations to scale future customer rollouts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in engineering, QA engineering, solutions engineering, or a similar technical background.
- Strong interest in AI prompting, multi-agent systems, and automation; prior experience is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize and unblock work independently in an early-stage environment.
- Studied science or engineering in college; college dropout candidates are welcome.
- Located in San Francisco or Toronto, or willing to relocate.
