Base Salary
$100k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and orchestrate agentic workflows using AI prompting and Magical’s multi-agent platform.
- Act as a technical bridge between customers and product/engineering teams.
- Capture real-world feedback to inform platform improvements.
- Diagnose and resolve issues across deployments and integrations.
- Ensure reliability in high-stakes environments like healthcare.
- Build tools, documentation, and reference implementations for customer rollouts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in engineering, QA engineering, solutions engineering, or a similar technical background.
- Deep curiosity about AI prompting, multi-agent systems, and automation.
- Strong bias towards action and a willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to prioritize and unblock yourself effectively.
- Comfortable thriving in early-stage chaos and defining new processes.
- Studied science or engineering in college; dropouts are welcome.
- Located in SF/Toronto or willing to relocate.
