Responsibilities
- Embed with Finance, Legal, M&A, Operations, and other internal business units to understand workflows and identify automation opportunities.
- Map operational bottlenecks such as financial reporting, contract review, deal sourcing analysis, and diligence document parsing.
- Build and deploy agentic tools, including integrations, prompts, evaluations, user interfaces, and autonomous agent loops.
- Monitor production performance, gather stakeholder feedback, refine prompts, and tune autonomy parameters for safety and efficacy.
- Document architecture and deployment patterns so custom agent solutions can become reusable infrastructure.
- Partner with internal stakeholders as the technical bridge between engineering and business teams and support adoption of new software.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of full-time software engineering experience.
- Strong fluency in Python, TypeScript, or Go.
- Product-mindedness, curiosity about business operations, and willingness to work directly with end users.
- Hands-on experience building projects or applications with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or agentic frameworks beyond simple chatbot prompts.
- Ability to take ownership in ambiguous environments and execute projects from concept through deployment.
- Clear written and verbal communication with the ability to explain technical choices to non-technical partners.
- Preferred experience with cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, vector databases, custom LLM tooling, autonomous agents, or workflow automation tools.
