Responsibilities
- Work with Account Executives on complex enterprise deal cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Run technical proofs of concept and present tailored customer demos.
- Lead technical discovery calls and write implementation scoping documents.
- Tune prompts and models to achieve the required AI performance for each customer.
- Build integrations to revenue, billing, accounts payable, and other transaction systems, plus custom customer modules.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to deliver customer requests and advocate for customer needs.
- Troubleshoot, debug, fix, upgrade, and provide ongoing support for deployed software.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in forward deployed engineering, sales engineering, implementation engineering, or solutions engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline; computer science is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and comfort working directly with customers.
- Proficiency in Go, TypeScript, or Python.
- Experience working with Account Executives on technical sales processes for enterprise customers.
- Proactive, highly motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
