Responsibilities
- Scope business problems with stakeholders and select solutions across rules, automation, classical ML, and GenAI/agents.
- Embed in cross-unit squads and lead application builds from engagement scoping through production delivery.
- Design, build, ship, and integrate production-grade AI agents and automation with enterprise platforms.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable, reusable solutions with strong adoption and measurable business outcomes.
- Set evaluation standards and quality practices for agentic systems depending on experience.
- Mentor and pair with an early-career engineer.
- Set up evaluation and observability and support production deployment and monitoring of agentic systems.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of software engineering experience, including 2–3 years of hands-on GenAI/agent experience.
- Experience automating on Google Cloud and Amazon Bedrock, with familiarity with Google, Salesforce, and ServiceNow platforms.
- Open-source contributions or published work in the agent or LLM space.
- Demonstrated experience shipping AI products with measurable financial outcomes.
- Prior client-facing, consulting, or forward-deployed delivery experience.
- Exposure to MLOps/LLMOps for production deployment and monitoring.
- Experience designing and deploying AI systems on a major cloud platform.
- Production experience with agent skills and tools, Model Context Protocol servers, and multi-agent workflows.
- Experience building data pipelines over structured and unstructured data using vector databases and retrieval-augmented architectures.
- Strong software engineering foundation including Python, APIs, and production enterprise-system integrations.
- Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
